Co-Op Agents ... Mike makes
life easier for you when you are preparing an offer on one of his listings.
We know you're busy. So, we've set up this system to save
time and effort for you and Mike and your respective clients or customers.
You can download disclosures and closing
instructions, review them with the buyer and get them signed along with
the offer so we are not having to get this task done later.
You will also
get a memo with lots of valuable information such as legal description, full list of
inclusions and exclusions, title company info, etc.
Here is all you have to do:

Find the address of the property on which you will be
making an offer.

For each hyperlink listed under that property address:
(a) Click on the link.
(b) The document will appear in a new window.
(c) Print the document.
(d) Close the window.
(Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on
your computer to open and print these documents. Just about every computer
today has this program already installed. Each file is about 750 kilobytes
and will download very quickly over a high speed connection. File download
will take a bit more time over a 56K modem but it it worthwhile to get
these documents now to avoid later follow-up)
